At GUNNAR Optiks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your visual experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Package Your Eyewear

  Place the glasses, protective case, and microfiber cloth inside the box to ensure the items are protected from damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new frames within 5-7 business days.
